Content Publication Rules
These Rules govern the publication of materials on the mugalimder.kz platform, operated by IE ASDigital Studio (hereinafter — the “Administration”).
1. General Requirements
1.1. Content published on the Platform must comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and professional educational ethics standards.
1.2. The User bears full responsibility for the content they publish.
1.3. By publishing Content, the User confirms that they possess all necessary rights for its use and distribution.
2. Prohibited Content
The following is prohibited:
- materials that infringe third-party copyrights;
- personal data of third parties without their consent;
- content that violates the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- offensive, discriminatory, or extremist materials;
- malicious software;
- hidden advertising without prior approval from the Administration.
3. AI-Generated Content
3.1. Users may publish materials created using the Platform’s AI tools.
3.2. The User independently verifies the accuracy, correctness, and legality of such content.
3.3. The use of AI tools does not release the User from responsibility for compliance with copyright laws and educational standards.
4. Moderation
4.1. Content may undergo automatic and/or manual moderation.
4.2. The Administration reserves the right to remove, restrict access to, or block Content if violations are identified.
4.3. The Administration is not obligated to provide explanations for content removal unless required by applicable law.
5. Complaints and Requests
If any violations are identified, any user may submit a request to the following email address: [email protected].
6. Final Provisions
The Administration reserves the right to amend these Rules. The current version is always published on the website.
