Public Offer

Individual Entrepreneur ASDigital Studio, represented by Anton Sergeyevich Danchev, IIN 821201350409, registered at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Akmola Region, Burabay District, Shchuchinsk, 57 Auezov Street, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, publishes this Public Offer to conclude a service agreement for providing access to the digital platform mugalimder.kz.

This Offer constitutes a public offer in accordance with Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. Terms and Definitions

Platform — the website mugalimder.kz.

User — an individual registered on the Platform.

Service — provision of access to the Platform’s functionality, including AI Methodologist tools, publication of materials, and creation of a personal teacher website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Service Provider grants the User access to the digital services of the Platform on a subscription basis.

The Platform functionality may include:

  • AI Methodologist (lesson plan creation, assessment analysis, feedback generation, etc.);
  • publication of educational materials;
  • creation of a personal teacher website on a subdomain;
  • access to additional digital tools.

3. Conclusion of the Agreement

The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the User registers on the Platform and/or pays for a subscription.

Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

4. Price and Payment Procedure

The subscription fee is specified on the “Payments and Subscription” page.

Payment is made in non-cash form.

The subscription may include automatic renewal, unless cancelled by the User before the end of the paid period.

5. Moment of Service Provision

The Service is considered rendered from the moment access to the Platform functionality is granted to the User.

Actual use or non-use of the Platform does not affect the fact of service provision.

6. Refund Policy

In accordance with Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Consumer Protection”, refunds may be granted in case of non-provision of services or provision of services of inadequate quality.

Since the Service is digital and provided by granting access, payments are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • technical error on the part of the Service Provider;
  • duplicate charge;
  • inability to provide access due to the fault of the Service Provider.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Service Provider has the right to:

  • update and modify the Platform functionality;
  • temporarily suspend operation for maintenance;
  • block an account in case of violation of Platform rules.

The User agrees to:

  • provide accurate information during registration;
  • comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan when using the Platform;
  • not transfer account access to third parties.

8. Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

  • interruptions caused by third parties or service providers;
  • improper use of the Platform by the User;
  • decisions made by the User based on AI-generated materials.

9. Final Provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer. The new version shall become effective upon publication on the website.

The current version of the Offer is always available at /offer/.
