Payments and Subscription

Individual Entrepreneur ASDigital Studio, represented by Anton Sergeyevich Danchev, IIN 821201350409, registered at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Akmola Region, Burabay District, Shchuchinsk, 57 Auezov Street, hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”, establishes the terms of payment and subscription for the mugalimder.kz platform (hereinafter — the “Platform”).

1. Plans and Subscription

1.1. Access to extended Platform functionality is provided on a paid subscription basis.

1.2. The subscription price, duration, and available features are specified on the subscription checkout page.

1.3. The subscription is activated automatically after payment confirmation.

2. Auto-Renewal

2.1. A subscription may include an automatic renewal feature.

2.2. If auto-renewal is enabled, the next billing period is charged automatically before the end of the current subscription period.

2.3. The User may disable auto-renewal before the next billing date in their personal account.

2.4. Disabling auto-renewal does not cancel the already paid subscription period.

3. Payment Methods

Subscription payments may be made using the following methods:

  • bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, and other supported systems);
  • online payments via the connected payment provider;
  • other payment methods available on the checkout page.

Payment processing is carried out through secure payment services. The Platform does not store Users’ bank card details.

4. Moment of Service Provision

The Service is considered rendered from the moment access to the Platform functionality is granted.

Actual use or non-use of the Platform functionality does not affect the fact of service provision.

5. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, the User receives a confirmation (if provided by the payment system).

A fiscal receipt is generated by the payment system in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7. Final Provisions

Payment for a subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use, Public Offer, and this section.
