Refund Policy

Individual Entrepreneur ASDigital Studio, represented by Anton Sergeyevich Danchev, IIN 821201350409, registered at: Akmola Region, Burabay District, Shchuchinsk, 57 Auezov Street (hereinafter — the “Administration”), establishes the following refund terms for the use of the mugalimder.kz platform (hereinafter — the “Platform”).

1. Nature of the Service

The Platform provides Users with access to digital services under a subscription (SaaS) model, including AI tools, material storage, personal accounts, and other functional features.

The Service is intangible (digital) and is provided through online access to the Platform’s functionality.

2. General Refund Conditions

2.1. Payment for a subscription confirms the User’s agreement with the Platform’s terms of use.

2.2. If access to the Platform functionality has been granted and the Service has begun to be provided, refunds are generally not available.

3. Grounds for Refund

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

• technical inability to provide access due to the fault of the Administration;
• erroneous or duplicate charge;
• other cases provided for by the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Time Limit for Request

The User may submit a refund request within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment.

5. Review and Refund Procedure

To request a refund review, the User must send an email to: [email protected], including:

• Full name;
• Email address used for registration;
• Date and payment method;
• Description of the reason for the request.

A decision on the request is made within 5 (five) business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the same bank card or payment instrument used for the original transaction within up to 10 (ten) business days.

6. Final Provisions

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law “On Consumer Protection”.

The Administration reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always published on the website.
