Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur ASDigital Studio, represented by Anton Sergeyevich Danchev, IIN 821201350409 (hereinafter — the “Administration”), and the User of the mugalimder.kz online platform (hereinafter — the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Platform is intended for teachers and education professionals and provides digital services, including AI tools, content publication, and personal profile pages.

1.2. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must discontinue use of the Platform.

1.3. The Administration reserves the right to modify the Platform functionality and amend this Agreement at any time.

2. Definitions

  • Platform — the website mugalimder.kz and its services.
  • User — an individual using the Platform.
  • Content — materials published by the User.
  • AI Tools — digital services based on artificial intelligence technologies.

3. Conditions of Use

The User agrees to:

  • use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
  • respect intellectual property rights of third parties;
  • not publish content prohibited by law;
  • not interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

The following is prohibited:

  • extremist, offensive, or illegal materials;
  • malicious software;
  • content that infringes third-party rights.

4. Registration and Account

4.1. Registration is required to access certain features.

4.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

4.3. The Administration may restrict or block access in case of violation of this Agreement.

5. User Content

5.1. The User retains ownership rights to the Content they publish.

5.2. By publishing Content, the User grants the Platform a non-exclusive right to store, technically process, and display such Content within the service.

5.3. The Administration does not verify Content for compliance with educational standards and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

6. Use of AI Tools

6.1. AI tools are provided for informational and assistance purposes only.

6.2. AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and must be independently reviewed by the User.

6.3. The User bears full responsibility for the use, publication, and application of materials generated with AI tools.

6.4. AI tools must not be used to create unlawful content.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Platform is provided “as is”.

7.2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

7.3. The Administration shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Amendments

The current version of the Agreement is always available at /terms/.
